User Content You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles, information, or other content you contribute, post or display on the Site ("User Content"). You affirm, represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to use and authorize Webgeo DB to use all User Content.

By posting or displaying User Content, you give Webgeo DB a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display that User Content. You have no right to any compensation related to our use of your User Content.

We take no responsibility for and do not expressly or implicitly endorse any User Content. We have the right to remove, edit or deny the display of any User Content you post or submit for any reason without notice.

Accounts and Passwords To access certain features, you may be required to create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities resulting from their use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or remove or alter content at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason.

Intellectual Property The Site and all content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photos, videos, graphics, data, maps, interfaces, code and the compilation thereof are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws. These intellectual property rights are owned and controlled by Webgeo DB or the party credited as the provider.

You may not modify, reproduce, publicly display or exploit in any way, any of the materials, in whole or in part, without the express, written permission of Webgeo DB.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability The Site content and materials contained therein are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Webgeo DB makes no representations or warranties of any kind â€“ express, implied or statutory â€“ regarding the content, operation of the Site, or information, software, products and services provided through the Site.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Webgeo DB disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Webgeo DB makes no warranties that the Site will meet your needs or requirements or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will Webgeo DB be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages related in any way to your use of or inability to use the Site.

Indemnification
