Welcome to Webgeo DB's help center! Here you can find answers to commonly asked questions about using our interactive webcams and maps.

Getting Started How do I create an account? You can easily create a free Webgeo DB account by clicking "Sign Up" on the top menu bar and entering your email address and password. This allows you to save favorite cameras, locations, and more.

How do I use the interactive map? Our map allows you to explore webcams from around the world. Search for a location or pan and zoom to an area. Click a camera pin to view the live feed. Toggle map layers or use your current location to discover nearby cameras.

Using Webcams How do I view and control webcams? Click a camera pin or search location to open the webcam viewer. Buttons allow you to zoom, rotate, take a snapshot, or enter fullscreen mode. Live chat and the cam info panel share details on each stream.

Why can't I access some webcam feeds? Certain cams may be offline, private, or restricted during night hours. We work to maximize uptime but some factors are outside our control. Try another cam or check back later!

Can I rewind or view archived footage? For privacy reasons, our streams are live only without recording or archives. Some public cams save clips you can request from the owner.

Webcam Suggestions I want to add my own webcam - how?

Awesome, tell us about it! Use the comments sections on each camera feedback form you to provide the webcam URL or location and we'll check it out.
